Shubhada Kambli has more than ten years of experience building environmental programs at the local, state, and national levels. She specializes in creating strong educational outreach and conservation training programs for diverse audiences. Shubhada has also built multiple successful, data-driven initiatives in New England, the Midwest, and the Southern United States. Educated at Wesleyan, Tufts, and Harvard, Shubhada has advanced academic training in environmental health, design, and policy, and has been mentored by some of the finest community leaders in the country.
Shubhada currently works as Executive Director of Groundwork Bridgeport, where she is collaborating with a network of Groundwork Trusts to aggregate youth environmental education curricula. She hopes to scale up best teaching practices from individual nonprofits to ensure maximum benefit for urban youth across the nation.
